Quality management system

Together with the foundation of Plinacro the decision was brought to introduce the quality management system according to ISO standard 9001:2000. This standard was understood to be a good basis for the achievement of effective business running, permanent improvement of the quality system, with the purpose of increasing the effectiveness of all business processes, as well as the satisfaction of natural gas transmission customers.

The quality management system was certified according to ISO 9001:2000 for the first time on June 10 and 11, 2003, and recertified on July 5 and 6, 2006. In the new three-year period of the certificate validity, one of the goals is improvement of the quality management system, which are the goals defined by the permanent Quality Management commitment.
