Notice concerning the entry into force of the Amendments to the Transmission System Network Code and a new Decisions on the amount of tariff items for natural gas transmission

The Amendments to the Transmission System Network Code, Class PL-17/4577, File no. U/IP1-17-3 of 28 December 2017, came into force on 1 January 2018. 

The Amendments to the Transmission System Network Code apply only to the provision of Article 169 , Chapter XXII Transitional and Final Provisions, subtitle Additional rules for contracting and using interruptible capacity at Croatia-Hungary interconnection in the direction from Croatia to Hungary, in which the deadline for the application of article 169 paragraph 1 is extended until 1 April 2019, based on  “ Amendment 1 to the Pressure Management Agreement at the Hungarian —Croatian border“ concluded by Plinacro and FGSZ on 19 May 2017, and by which the " Pressure Management Agreement at the Hungarian —Croatian border " is concluded for the definite period until 6:00 am on 1 April 2019.

On 15 December 2017, the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency  made a new Decisions on the amount of tariff items for natural gas transmission for energy entity Plinacro (OG no.127/2017). The relevant Decision determines the amounts of tariff items for gas transmission for the years of the second regulatory period from 1 January 2018  to 31 December 2021. The Decision is in force as of 1 January 2018.
