Department for Legal and Personnel Affairs is responsible for the following groups of work:

Legal affairs – implementation of the legislation that refers to business activities of the company, drawing up normative acts for legal regulation of business activity, ensuring lawfulness of activities, representing the company, drawing up legal opinions requested by the Company Board.
Legal-property rights activities –drawing up and arranging the Registry of immovables owned by Plinacro, organizing, coordination and monitoring of solving legal-property rights relations for investment and other facilities and for the purpose of recording the assets, registration of assets and rights in land books and other public books as well as compensation for damage made due to interventions at the facilities on the gas transmission system.
Personnel affairs – all activities concerning planning of personnel, their employment, course and termination of employment, education and professional improvement as well as drawing up organisation standards and other supporting documents relevant for making organization acts and monitoring of their implementation as well as activities concerning registry office and records room.
