Pressure requirements

The main limits of delivery pressure at the entry and exit points have been determined by the Network Code of the transmission system.

The delivery pressure requirements for particular entry and exit point have been defined by the bilateral agreements with the operators of the interconnected systems in the neighbouring countries or Energy connections that the transmission system operator issues to the owners of connected production facilities, to end users connected to the transmission system or to the operators of the connected systems.

The transmission system operator shall operate the transmission system so as to respect the agreed delivery pressure requirements in the transmission system and to guarantee possibility of using booked firm capacities. In case other subjects connected to the transmission system fail to meet the agreed delivery pressure requirements, the transmission system operator shall not be responsible for failing to enable the use of the booked capacity.

Delivery pressure values for all entry and exit points have been specified in the table Description of the transmission system.
