By the decision of the Company Assembly of 31 March 2025, MSc. Dalibor Mikulić was appointed member of the Plinacro Board. Mr Mikulić graduated from the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering in 1989, and obtained a master’s degree in July 1994. He has been building his 30-year long career in domestic and international energy and infrastructure sector. He completed specialization at the Norwegian Geotechnical Institute in Oslo. He worked as technical director in Produkt construction company, and then as a member of the Geofizika Board, where his professional career in energy sector started.
He additionally educated at the IMD International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, a leading European business school. He worked as the director for Europe and North Africa at the American company INOVA Geophysical. He also worked as a consultant for the Polish company Geopartner.
By strengthening the Board, Plinacro continues to perform its registered activity and, in accordance with its mission and vision, it will continue to successfully fulfil the tasks set by its owner - the Republic of Croatia. Currently, a major investment cycle is underway in which Plinacro is constructing gas pipelines worth 530 million euros, financed from the Recovery and Resilience Facility funds within the project "Supporting Infrastructure for the Strategic Investment Project LNG Terminal". Their construction will further increase the possibility of using the capacity of the LNG terminal on the island of Krk and the capacity of Plinacro's transmission system towards Hungary (from 1.7 to 3.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year) and towards Slovenia to a total of 1.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year.
