Consultation with the Interested Public

In compliance with article 84 of the Gas Market Act (OG 28/13) a transmission system operator issues the Network Code of the transmission system.
In the process of issuing the Network Code of the transmission system the transmission system operator is obliged to provide appropriate participation of all interested parties and carry out public consultations of minimum 15 days.

Amendments to the Network Code of the transmission system shall be carried out on the proposal of the transmission system operator or at the request of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency according to the procedure similar to the issuing procedure.
