Publications according to Chapter VIII. of Regulation (EU) 2017/460 - Article 29 and Article 30

 

On 8 July 2020 the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (hereinafter referred to as: the Agency) adopted a new Methodology for determing the amount of tariff items for gas transmission  (hereinafter referred to as: Methodology). 

The Agency adopted the new Decision on the amount of tariff items for gas transmission (hereinafter referred as: a Decision) for the years of the third regulatory period (2021-2025), annulling the previously adopted Decision.
