Quality Managment System

By realizing the importance of continuous improvement of business processes and the quality of its services, Plinacro decided to introduce the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 right at its very establishment.

The ISO Standard was accepted as a good foundation for raising the efficiency of business, as well as for continuous improvement of the quality system in order to increase the efficiency of business processes and the satisfaction of an increasing number of users of natural gas transmission.

The system was certified for the first time in 2003 and is continuously being improved and enhanced in line with the ongoing dedication to high quality business, as evidenced by the successful completion of the system recertification. 



In 2015, Plinacro made a decision on further development and improvement of the ISO system. During 2016, an ISI / IEC 27001:2013 standard for information security management system was successfully implemented and Plinacro was certified.



Furthermore, during 2016 and 2017, all preparatory activities for certification under ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) were carried out and Plinacro was successfully certified according to this norm at the beginning of 2018.
