6.5 Cluster Krk LNG Terminal with connecting and evacuation pipelines for towards Hungary and beyond

The Projects Omišalj-Zlobin and Zlobin-Bosiljevo-Sisak-Kozarac-Slobodnica together with the project „Compressor station 1“ at the Croatian gas transmission system represent the projects of the connecting gas pipeline and the delivery gas transmission system for transport of gas from the LNG terminal on the island of Krk towards Hungary and beyond. This gas transmission system has got wide strategic meaning since it represents a part of the transmission system North-South, i.e. Baltic-Adriatic gas corridor with the aim of linking the Polish and Croatian LNG terminals.

The main delivery gas transmission system for transport of gas from the LNG terminal Omišalj-Zlobin-Bosiljevo-Sisak-Kozarac-Slobodnica:
The implementation of the project is planned in two phases and includes the following projects of common interest (PCI):

6.5.1  Development of the LNG terminal on Krk (HR) up to 2.6 bcm/a – phase I and the connecting gas pipeline Omišalj-Zlobin (HR)
6.5.5  „Compressor station 1“at the Croatian gas transmission system
6.5.6  Expansion of the capacity of LNG terminal on Krk (HR) above 2.6 bcm/a – phase II and the main delivery gas pipelines Zlobin-
