The registration for the binding phase of the Open Season procedure

All bidders can participate in the binding phase of the Open Season procedure, regardless of whether they have participated in the non-binding phase of the Open Season procedure. All bidders are obliged to register to participate in the binding phase of the Open Season procedure.

Wirh registration for the binding phase of the Open Season procedure, applicant will be allowed to submit the bid in the Open Season procedure.

All Bidders who paid participation fee in the non-binding phase of the Open Season procedure are not obliged to pay a new participation fee.

For the purpose of the registration, the bidders are obliged to submit to Plinacro the following:
  1. the filled-in form for registration signed by the authorized person of the applicant;
  2. proof of legal and business capability and the rights of the person authorized for the representation (the document for the entry into a business, court /commercial, professional, craft or other adequate register, which shall not be older than six months from the date of submission);
  3. proof of financial ability (an adequate annual financial statements for the year 2016);
  4. proof of participation fee payment;
  5. two (2) copies of signed Data Confidentiality Agreement.
 
The participation fee in the amount of HRK 4,000.00 shall be paid to Plinacro’s account:

The filled-in form for registration signed by the authorised person of the bidder as well as the proof of the participation fee payment shall be sent to the e-mail openseason@plinacro.hr, upon which the documents will be sent to Bidders by e-mail.

The documentation for the registration is submitted via registered mail, with remark „ Binding Open Season Procedure”, to the address:
