Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (CERA) determined Plinacro as the forecasting party in the Republic of Croatia

In compliance with the article 39 of the Commission Regulation (EU) no. 312/2014 (BAL Regulation), the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (CERA) at the 10^th session of the Board of Commissioners, held on 31 March 2017, made a decision determining Plinacro as the forecasting party in the Republic of Croatia.

In the period from 16-25 March 2017, CERA carried out counselling with the transmission system operator, distribution system operators and the Croatian Energy Market Operator, in the way that it requested their opinion related to determining the forecasting party in the Republic of Croatia. Taking into consideration the results of the carried out counselling and the circumstances crucial for the role of a forecasting party, CERA recognized the energy operator Plinacro as the most appropriate party for the role of the forecasting party in the Republic of Croatia.
